We spent a lot of time with the client formulating a strategy for the new website as it had to appeal to both tennants and landords. Goodearl had an issue in that the website they had didn’t properly represent the company and in turn it didn’t give landlords the confidence to list their property with them. On the flip-side the properties themselves weren’t showcased well and didn’t sell themselves to tennants.
We build a custom property listing system, integrated into a mapping system to enable Goodearl to split the properties into 6 key areas of Glasgow. The listing system enabled them to easily add/remove/ammend properties themselves through a simple content management system.
A property alert system was also built to enable people looking for property to sign up to e-mail alerts, with an automated e-mail sent to them when a property is added with a link directly to the property.
