Project Summary

They wanted to build a website which was not only a directory, but also a guide to various events and activities in the Glasgow area. It was important that the website had a Glasgow identity and really spoke to the people of Glasgow as well as providing a platform for businesses in the area to promote themselves.

We built a custom directory platform with a tiered listing facility so that it was set-up for businesses of any budget from simple free listings right up to featured listings with their own dedicated page.

An advertising module was also integrated as an additional source of revenue for the business, so that banner advertising could be sold on any area of the website.

We continue to work with Find Me Glasgow on a retained basis covering website management and e-mail marketing.
