We worked closely with the client to design a brand which was contemporary and modern whilst still incorporating the rugged nature of the mountains surrounding Loch Lomond and the water which is important to their business.
With regards to the website we felt that images should be a focal point as the beauty of Loch Lomond needed to be used to sell the services that Cruise Loch Lomond offer. We wanted to continue the clean, modern design in the website with a focus on the five key target markets. We integrated both their ticket booking system and vouchering system, also introducing them to social media via a Twitter feed which will be used to update cruise/ferry sailings and other general chit chat from the loch.
We have since been commissioned to design advertising and the new brochure for 2011.
In 2010 Cruise Loch Lomond were keen to create a new website that would maintain the profile of the Company as one of Scotland’s leading Visitor Attractions, particularly through SEO; to make better use of imagery to sell the unique location and growing number of cruise products to a variety of cruise markets; as well as integrating an enquiries and booking system that would increase sales and reduce administration costs. The Company received the recommendation from a colleague in the Tourism sector working for a hotel chain in Glasgow who had previously used Organic Digital. A successful rapport was established early on with the Organic team through a mutual understanding of the project objectives, clear lines of communication and regular meetings. The Company’s Directors are delighted with the return on investment of the new website in particular online sales as well as generating a greater volume of enquiries, which coupled with substantial savings on administration. Cruise Loch Lomond would have no hesitation in recommending Organic Digital and have since recruited the company to carry out a branding and marketing collateral project for new promotional material and a marketing campaign. The Company were thrilled to learn that Organic Digital had received the Summit International accolade and feel it was very well deserved
