Many businesses and agencies are wary of utilising the services of companies based abroad, and due to bad customer service experiences from foreign based call centres, many reputable and experienced companies have been tarred with the same brush.

We have many years of experience dealing with foreign based digital service providers, so we have spent a great deal of time sourcing reputable and experienced suppliers for our clients. Some clients are comfortable dealing direct with our suppliers, and we are only too happy to make the introduction and let them deal direct. Alternatively we know that some aren’t as comfortable dealing direct, so we offer managed outsourcing services, offering UK based account managed coupled with foreign based development, resulting in cost effectiveness with UK services.

We are completely transparent with pricing for both direct outsourcing and managed outsourcing, and we only charge for our involvement. If clients want to deal direct then we get quotes based on their brief (or if they need help with a brief we can also help with this), and once the deal is agreed we pass them over to our supplier, simple as that, the price they are quoted is the price they pay, we charge nothing more, unless additional assistance is required.

Payment can be made direct to suppliers, or if the client prefers, we can invoice and pay the supplier on their behalf. This is often a popular service as clients are often wary of making international money transfers.
