Our managed outsourcing services have become very popular with both our business and agency clients, as it allows them to take advantage of the cost savings of outsourcing abroad, while still having someone based locally to handle your project for them.

We have specialist suppliers both in the UK and abroad, offering the full range of services, which gives our clients both choice and flexibility. Our business clients like the flexibility of this service as we can offer the same high customer service that a digital agency would, however as we utilise foreign based suppliers we can offer high quality development for a lower cost (often between 25-50% cheaper). Our agency clients also benefit as we can offer them either direct outsourcing services allowing them to deal direct with our suppliers, managed outsourcing for agencies that want to offer digital services but don’t have the skills in-house, or consultancy services if required – or a combination of all three.

We realise that many businesses and agencies aren’t comfortable dealing with foreign based suppliers, so we take this worry away for them. We account manage projects for them, and we only charge for our services. We are always totally transparent with our charges, and the development costs we present are what the suppliers charge – there are no additional charges. We work for our clients, and only charge for our involvement.

Payment for out managed outsourcing services are always split into account management, and development fees, so clients see exactly what their charges are. Payment for development can be made direct to suppliers, or if the client prefers, we can invoice and pay the supplier on their behalf. This is often a popular service as clients are often wary of making international money transfers.
