How We Work

We aim to be as flexible as possible with our clients. We aim to act on the client’s behalf and represent them as well as we possibly can, and we believe we can only do this if we have a close relationship with the client, understand their business and fit into the way that they work. We act in our client’s best interests, not what makes financial sense to our suppliers, something which differentiates us from end suppliers.

The first step with any client is to understand their business. Every business, no matter what industry they are in, or how they are structured, is different. There are different processes, procedures, service offerings, management structure, personalities…to name but a few. So firstly it is essential to understand the aims and objectives of the client’s business.

Secondly we think objectively about the company, its goals, its budget and how they can be best achieved; and think what digital mediums would be appropriate to use. This then forms the basis of the plan moving forward.

Then we move to the fulfilment of the work. We can give clients the option of dealing direct with our recommended supplier based on their needs, or they can choose to handle it through us. We remain completely transparent throughout the process, we don’t mark-up any of our supplier’s prices but instead take a commission from them (all commission is the same regardless of the supplier, so we have no preferences), so again we can suit the client’s needs. If they want to take the most cost effective option and deal direct with a supplier that is their prerogative, however if they want us to handle the project for them we can account manage it while still being able to supply this cost effectively.
