We believe that communication is key in any organisation and we are no different. We utilise cutting edge technology to keep communication channels open with our clients, and our flexibility also stretches to this area of the business as we realise that different clients like to communicate in different ways so we try to accommodate these needs as much as we can.

Telephone/E-mail/Post/Face to face meetings
We still utilise the basic 4 tried and tested, traditional methods of keeping in touch with clients, and we do endeavour to meet clients face to face as much as possible as we believe the personal touch is important.

Online client management portal
We utilise a client management portal which is a very useful and powerful application enabling us to store information, documents, discussions, tasks in one area, making project management much simpler. This would usually be used for either direct outsourcing services where you can deal with our suppliers, or our managed outsourcing services, communication with us.
